WHAT IS THE ECUADORIAN MICROGRAVITY FLIGHT PROGRAM?

The EMFP or Ecuadorian Microgravity Flight Program is an aerospace research program devoted to support the development of science and education, its goal is to provide Ecuadorian and foreign researchers the opportunity of developing research in microgravity conditions.

The EMFP is based on the Ecuadorian microgravity plane, the FAE 047 'FUERZA-G 1 CONDOR', the first Latin American zero g plane, developed jointly by the EXA and the FAE by the means of the Project DAEDALUS

If you are interested in performing scientific research in microgravity, you can contact EXA and send your flight requirement, with the following data:

Any student, teacher, professional, researcher, and in general terms, any person, Ecuadorian or foreign that wishes to pursue microgravity researcher.

We do have many flight requests, they are pooled and analyzed once a month alongside the Ecuadorian Air Force, and if a requirement is approved is scheduled for the next available flight campaign that has financial support.

Some requirements can have its own financial support, in such a case, the flight requirement is put on the top of the line.
